　　 TheheadsoftheFoodandAgricultureOrganizationoftheUnitedNations(FAO),theWorldOrganisationforAnimalHealth(OIE)andWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)todaylaunchedanewOneHealthGlobalLeadersGrouponAntimicrobialResistance(AMR).Groupmembersincludeheadsofgovernment,governmentministers,,PrimeMinisterofBarbados,andSheikhHasinaWazed,ownedfigurestocatalyzeglobalattentionandactiontopreserveantimicrobialmedi(18-24November),aspartoftheirsharCoordinationGrouponAntimicro,OIEandWHOdescribedtherapidriseofdrugresistanceasoneoftheworldsmosturgentthreatstohuman,animalandenvironmentalhealth-endangeringfoodsecurity,internationaltrade,economicdevelopmentandunderminingprogresstowardstheSustainableDevelopmentGoals(SDGs).Acommonagendaacrosshuman,animalandplanthealthMisuseandoveruseofantimicrobialsinhumans,,animalsortheenvironment,andtheantimicrobialsuse,wemustnotforgetthatAMRisaslowmotionpandemic,withsignificantlong-termthreatstoglobalpublichealthandfoodsecurity,whichneedsmulti-stakeholdersengagement,FAODirector-GeneralQUDongyusaidatapressconferencetodaycallingonallstakeholders,includinginternationalorganizations,privatesectorsandcivilsocietytodoubletheireffortsandstrengthenpartnershipstowardsachievingOneWorld,ingresponsetoantsistance,FAOwasgoingtolaunchanewActionPlanonAMRfor2021-2025,aimedatprovidingfurthersupporttogovernments,producers,tradersandotherstakeholdersfortheadoptionofmeasurestominimizetheusgeneration,andweabsolutelycannotleaveitforthenextgenerationtosolve,saidTedrosAdhanomGhebreyesus,,cross-sectorpartnershipsthatwillprotectthemedicineswehaveandrevitalizethepipelinefornewones.。
